Tuesday 06-03-08

Today was Alyssa's birthday. We went to Olive Garden for lunch. It was great. All you can eat Salad, Breadsticks and Soup.

Breakthrough: It may seem simple, but this was the first time I have eaten Salad. Lettuce can be difficult to cut up/chew with my braces let alone my goofy feeling teeth. I've had bits and pieces here and there, but today was the first time I attempted a full plate of salad. I had to cut up some of the larger pieces, but it worked out well. And I'm happy to report, nothing fell out of my mouth!!!! Ha! The things I am proud of.
